This form is exclusively for students undertaking their Industrial Training in Oyo and Osun States
Kindly take notes of this:
- The SCAF form link will close on Monday, April 20.
- Submission must be completed within two weeks of the commencement of your IT.
- All submissions are to be done online; do not visit the ITF Ibadan office with hard copies.
- Students placed in the same organization may use a single hard copy of the SCAF form.
- The hard copy must be duly signed and stamped by your employer/host organization.
- The hard copy should be returned to the ITCU at the end of the SIWES programme.
