Welcome to the Eligible Students Portal for the 2025/2026 SIWES exercise.

This portal is provided by the Industrial Training Coordinating Unit (ITCU) for the submission of eligible SIWES students by departments. The designated staff member nominated by the Head of Department will be contacted via official LAUTECH email, through which access to the submission workspace will be granted.

All submissions on this portal will form the official Master List to be forwarded to the ITF and NUC. Departments may update their list of eligible students up to 17th February, 2026.

Access is strictly via official LAUTECH email accounts.
